Lets celebrate (or in my books curse) some snow with some hearty mutton chops
.

I used a natural papaya based meat tenderizer for the first time – I always felt the usual meat tenderizer powders had too many chemicals in them so finding Malka Meat Tenderizer at Iqbal Fine Foods was awesome
.
It was also really easy to use – I followed the instructions and left only the tenderizer on for 45 minutes before adding the marinade, but next time I think I will add them all together at once. It will work too
.
The chops or RIBS were grilled to perfection – teeth sinking soft, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside
.

This will be a regular fare at my house throughout winter
.
